Certainly! I accept commissions that align with my existing style. However, if the request involves something entirely new, it might be challenging due to the trial-and-error nature of ceramics. Creating unique pieces demands a considerable amount of time and effort, and I may need to charge differently compared to items already available in my store.
What if the item I wanted is sold out? Can I request it again?
Absolutely! If the item you desired is currently sold out, feel free to reach out to me. I'll do my best to accommodate your request and let you know if and when I can make it again.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes you can, I offer two convenient pick-up locations: one in the Soča Valley, Slovenia, and another in Mol, Belgium. If you prefer picking up your order, please reach out to me before placing and paying for it. I'll provide you with the necessary details to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
