Order Processing:

Upon placing your order, I will process it within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the workload.

Shipping Times:

For European destinations, expect shipping times ranging from 1 to 5 business days. The duration may vary based on the distance from Slovenia, my shipping location. Outside of Europe, anticipate shipping times between 3 and 7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

The responsibility for shipping costs lies with the customer and will be calculated during the checkout process. This includes any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders, as required by the destination country's regulations.

For larger orders, shipping costs may vary based on size, weight, and destination. In such cases, I will personally review and calculate the accurate shipping fees. If additional shipping costs are required, I will contact you before finalizing your order to ensure transparency and provide an updated total.
