Welcome to Keramina Ceramics – where passion meets clay. My name is Amina Appau, the artist behind every handcrafted ceramic piece you find here. Originally from Belgium, my journey led me to the enchanting Soča Valley, where the vibrant colors of the Soča River became my inspiration.

    Ceramics, for me, is a canvas for exploration. I find immense joy in experimenting with different textures and colors, often drawing inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes that surround me. The versatile nature of clay allows me to bring my creative visions to life, making each piece a unique reflection of my artistic journey.

  • From Passion to Profession:

    I've always felt a deep connection to creativity, but it wasn't until I immersed myself in ceramics that I truly felt the freedom to express myself. While my love for clay has been a constant in my life, it wasn't until 2022 that I delved into ceramics more seriously. A beginners' workshop in Ecuador became a turning point, and I fell head over heels for the art.

  • Carving Out a Playful Style:

    My style is inherently playful, driven by a curiosity to try new techniques. Carving has become a signature element of my work, adding intricate details and a touch of character to each piece.
